LEARN MORE ABOUT OUR WORK
Through education, we help minimise the impact of diseases like HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, Malaria and of sickness caused by diarrhea.
We train communities to diversify their means of making a living by providing education, equipment and low interest micro-loans.
We are working with communities to change the culture of male dominance, and to increase female representation in local positions of influence.

Soly is 26 years old and disabled. She lives in a tiny cottage made of palm leaves, which she shares with her 77 year old Grandfather Moeun, Grandmother Thin, and sister.
Thin is also disabled and her sister has a small child.
The whole family rely on Grandfather Moeun to survive. They are frequently ill and he has sold most of his land to pay for healthcare.

NAS - WORKING WITH OUR COMMUNITY
We are Nak Akphivath Sahakum, or NAS.
We are a Non Governmental Organisation working for the benefit of local people in Kampong Cham and neighbouring provinces, in the heart of Cambodia.
Our name means "community developer" and we work with our community, for our community.
With the help of local, national and international agencies, we are making a difference to everyday lives of ordinary people in the place that we live.
Please explore our website and social media to learn more about our work, our people and our community.
We are very proud of our staff.
Our local field workers are specialists in their technical areas and have a deep knowledge and understanding of the geographical districts they work in and the people they work with.
